Paul knows what it takes to get a house ready for sale. He found us reasonably priced craftsmen to fix needed repairs and upgrades. He knows how to properly stage a home. His personal touch and understanding of the digital market place and the new way people shop for real estate was most impressive. His extensive background in television/film and post production brought our listing to a level beyond others and landed us top dollar and a minimum time on the market. Paul was wonderful. We were in a pinch on timing to sell my house and because he is also a photographer was able to not only get photos done quickly but they came out beautiful. He also helped to price our house in a competitive but still lucrative price point that we were happy with the price and how quickly it sold. He always responded to our questions promptly.
